Exemptions - Relevant Active Exemptions
This is a listing of all active FMCSA exemptions for the following: electronic logging devices (ELDs), hours of service (HOS), parts and accessories necessary for safe operation, and qualification of driver’s license standards, as well as state specific exemptions. Every exemption is accompanied by a brief summary; however, a full explanation of the exemption in the Federal Register can be found by clicking on the exemption title. Each exemption category lists active exemptions in reverse chronological order based on expiration date, with permanent exemptions listed first. The list does not include exemptions for specific individuals.
